First of all I'd like to point out that the posts this week are going to be few and far between. Starting Monday, I'll be in the process of moving into a new house in Central Gardens and I don't know when the internet and computer will be all up and running. I'll do my best though so stay tuned.
I just had a reader forward me this information about some robberies going on in Cooper Young, so read a bit about it and if you live in the area keep your guard up and be on the lookout for anything suspicious.....
this is from a letter to the head of the cooper young business association-
.... I need to let you know that we are experiencing a robbery problem in Cooper Young area. This morning, around 0830, three people were robbed out front of their home in the 1800 block of York. We had MANY cars in the area, plus a bike patrol at the time. Please remind the residents to call us on when they see suspicious activity. This subject was wearing sunglasses, a hoodie type jacket, approx 23 YOA, armed with black revolver. He took money, wallet, credit cards and jewelry.

Also, this same suspect apparently robbed someone at gunpoint in front of Celtic Crossing last weekend with the entire patio sitting out front, so he's not scared of being seen. If you see him, make sure to only shoot for the knees so that he can still get caught by the police and hauled in to do some time.

There was also a robbery on Nelson, very close to the west side of Cooper, down the street from my house on the 21st. A man was robbed at gunpoint and forced down on the street, even though there was a party directly next to him and another a few houses down. Pretty sure it's the same guy, he had robbed someone on Walker just a few minutes before as well.
Same guy got a friend of mine and all he got was a stupid cellphone. People are batshit crazy (on da drugs)

After you shoot him in the knees he will shoot you in the chest or head, remember you care for him, he don't care for you. When im at the range i go for fatal shots only.
are you sure the celtic crossing robbery isn't being confused with the nelson robbery? i haven't heard about the former.
